(Licence # Pending), Completely refurbished 3 bed-room apartment in La Cortijera Square.

This 3 bed-roomed apartment has been completely refurbished to a very high standard. Situated in La Cortijera Square, it is very close to the local bars and the Oasis restaurant.

There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. 2 bathrooms one with bath and shower and one with shower. Ideal for 6 people but will accept a extra person if using the sofabed.

The La Cortijera salt water pool is one of the best in the area.

Free Wifi, UKTV (limited progs).

Air conditioning/heating is provided free of charge.

Electric, laundry & linen is included (use your own towels for beach & pool).

All local amenities are close walking distance to the village shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, hairdressers, banks, doctors, chemist, local Wednesday & Saturday market, buses & taxi rank.

However, please note that La Cortijera is a 10 minute walk up the hill from the village. It is however a "shorter" walk down to the village! Merca Dona supermarket is very close.

Rental & Booking Information

Flexible Days

You can start your stay on any day of the week. However, when booking Live Online please be mindful not to leave a few unsellable nights (e.g. 4,5 or 6) before or after your chosen dates, as the Owners or La Cala Lettings have 48 Hours in which to decline a booking if considered detrimental for this or any other reason. In the event that the booking is declined by us or the owner a full refund will be given.

You may book for less than 7 Nights but because of fixed cleaning & laundry costs incurred, bookings of less than 7 nights incur a short stay supplement charge. The price is relative to the short stay and is automatically calculated to cover the fixed laundry and cleaning costs. The price will be calculated and visible to you prior to you proceeding to check out. You can then choose to accept the short stay supplement inclusive price before proceeding with the booking. 

 

Late Flight Home?

If you are intending to take a late flight home we recommend that you book the extra night if available. Then you will not need to vacate the property by 10:00am.

1. Airport Taxi Transfer - Pay driver directly.

If you reserve your airport taxi(s) via us, the driver will have the property keys. Please ensure that you provide your flight details into Malaga airport on your booking. You can book your airport taxi during this booking check out process. 

Airport to La Cala taxi is usually 45€ or 70€ for 2 taxi's. Please pay the driver directly. We only order the official licensed Spanish Mijas Taxi Company for you. (Max 4 in a taxi by law in Spain including toddlers). The Taxi driver(s) will be holding a card displaying your name as you enter the arrivals exit area. If you require a taxi for your return, please book it direct with the driver or via LCS office giving at least 48 hours notice. 

2. Welcome Hamper -   £30.00     To assist you on arrival. Welcome pack includes; 1 pint of milk, bread, butter, ham, cheese, water, jam, coffee, tea, sugar.

3. Cot Hire -   £21.00 / week - Cot linen not included. please bring your own cot linen.

Lovely flat, very spacious
This is a lovely flat with a couple of nice restaurants and bars nearby It is in any case only a 10 min walk to the heart of the village perhaps quicker if youare fitter than me. The flat itself is very comfortable and very well equipped The beds are really comfy. It is very spacious so you don’t feel crowded with a larger group. It is set in lovely gardens with a nice pool We were absolutely delighted with our choice a really excellent apartment

High quality luxury home away from home
I have stayed here on several occasions and every time I am blown away by how spacious and beautifully decorated the apartment is...especially the stunning red kitchen. Somehow it manages to look modern whilst retaining some of the traditional Spanish features. A short walk from the beach and main restaurants you couldn't get a more perfect location. I like nothing more than sitting on the balcony over looking immaculately maintained gardens with a drink in my hand and some good company.

Brillaint property, great location
This is the second year running that we have stayed at this property. We are a party of 3 adults and 2 children. This year we stayed for 3 weeks. Property suits our needs perfectly. Its spacious with great facilities and comfortable beds. The location is also perfect with bars and a restaurant literally a stones throw away. Would highly reccomend.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely setting
Booked this apartment after staying this side od La Cala last year. Neil and Howard were really helpful when helping us chose our property to rent. We opted for LC 17 La Cortijera and weren't disappointed, apartment was spacious and beautifully presented. Location was ideal for us, we hired a car and enjoy staying out of the town as its really quiet. Would book to stay there again without question.
